COVID AND ALL BIG I WV  UPCOMING EVENTS:

The Independent Insurance Agents of WV (BIG I WV) is closely monitoring the COVID-19 variant that has caused an uptick in cases around the country.  Below are some steps Big I WV is taking to have a safe and enjoyable experience at association-hosted events.

Masks: All are welcome to wear masks. We will have masks at registration for those that wish to wear them as well. Also, hand sanitizer will be provided.

Social Distancing: We will practice social distancing as much as these events will allow and we are working with the properties where the events will be held to keep attendees as safe as possible.

Any COVID-like Symptoms: If you have ANY COVID-like symptoms, please refrain from attending any in-person events hosted by the Association. If you are present at the meeting and begin to feel ill for any reason, please advise and seek medical attention.

All of us are eager to return to normal. We hope that these steps will assist with keeping everyone safe and healthy. We strongly encourage vaccinations for anyone who has not yet done so.

If you have any questions, please seek immediate attention from CEO Traci Nelson or Programs Coordinator Sarah Estep-Martinez.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
